OFFICIAL RULES — WIN A FREE HOODIE 1. Promoter Just Hoodies is a trading name of JUSTHOODIES LTD. JUSTHOODIES LTD is a private limited company registered in England and Wales under company number 17358185. Registered office: 50 Princes Street, Ipswich, England, IP1 1RJ. Contact: support@justhoodies.co.uk. 2. Nature of the promotion This promotion is a free prize draw. Winners are selected by chance. No purchase is necessary to enter or win. Entry is free. This is not a lottery and is not licensed by the Gambling Commission because no payment is required to enter. 3. Eligibility Open only to residents of the United Kingdom (England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland) aged 18 or over at the time of entry. One entry per person / email address. The Promoter’s employees, officers, agents, and their immediate family members (spouse/partner, parents, children, siblings) are not eligible. The Promoter may require proof of age and residency. 4. Promotion period The promotion opens at 30 July 2026 at 23:33 and closes at 28 October 2026 at 22:33 (Europe/London time). Entries received after the closing date will not be valid. 5. How to enter (free) To enter free of charge you must, during the promotion period: (a) complete the online entry form at justhoodies.co.uk/giveaway with your name, email, preferred hoodie size, and UK delivery address; (b) join the Just Hoodies marketing newsletter by giving explicit marketing consent on the form (you may unsubscribe at any time); (c) share Just Hoodies and/or this promotion on at least one social media platform using the share actions on the entry page, provide at least one social handle so we can verify your share, and confirm that you have shared; and (d) confirm that you have read and agree to these Official Rules. Internet access is required. Standard network charges from your provider may apply; the Promoter does not charge an entry fee. 6. Prize There are 10 prizes. Each prize is: A free Just Hoodies hoodie (your size), UK delivery. Approximate retail value (ARV) of each prize: £59.99. Total ARV of all prizes: £599.90. Prizes are subject to size/colour availability. UK mainland delivery only. No cash alternative. The Promoter may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond its reasonable control require it. 7. Winner selection After the closing date, winners will be selected at random by a secure computer process that produces verifiably random results from the pool of entries that the Promoter has verified as complete (including verified social share). Incomplete, duplicate, fraudulent, or unverified entries may be excluded. The Promoter’s decision is final. 8. Winner notification and claiming Winners will be notified by email to the address used to enter within 14 days of the draw. Winners must reply and confirm their delivery details within 14 days of notification. If a winner does not respond in time, or is ineligible, the Promoter may select a reserve winner by the same random method. Prizes will normally be dispatched within 30 days of the winner’s confirmation (made-to-order production and delivery times may apply). 9. Publicity The Promoter may publish winners’ first names and counties (or equivalent) for a reasonable period. Winners may be asked (but are not obliged) to take part in reasonable publicity. 10. Disqualification The Promoter may disqualify entries that breach these Rules, that use false information, bulk or automated entry methods, or that cannot be verified. Social platforms’ own rules also apply to any share you make. 11. Liability Nothing in these Rules excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be limited under UK law. Subject to that, the Promoter is not responsible for late, lost, or misdirected entries, or for technical failures beyond its reasonable control. 12. Data protection Personal data submitted for the draw is processed to administer the promotion, verify entries, contact winners, and deliver prizes. If you consent to marketing, your email will also be used for Just Hoodies marketing emails in line with our Privacy Policy (justhoodies.co.uk/privacy). You can withdraw marketing consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal. For draw administration questions contact support@justhoodies.co.uk. 13. Platform disclaimer This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta, Instagram, TikTok, X (Twitter), Facebook, WhatsApp, Google, Apple, or any other social platform. You release those platforms from any claims arising from this promotion. 14. Governing law These Rules are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except that consumers in Scotland or Northern Ireland may bring proceedings in their local courts where required by law. 15.
