1. About these terms
These terms apply when you purchase goods from Just Hoodies through our website. By placing an order you confirm you accept these terms. Please read them with our Privacy policy and Shipping information.
2. Contract formation
Displaying products on our site is an invitation to treat, not an offer. Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation email (or otherwise confirm acceptance). We may refuse or cancel an order before acceptance (for example, due to stock, pricing error, or suspected fraud).
3. Products & made-to-order
Many Just Hoodies garments are made to order or produced after you place your order. Production and dispatch times are shown at checkout and in order communications. Images and colours are representative; minor variations may occur in fabric and print.
4. Prices & payment
Prices are in GBP (£) and include UK VAT where stated. Payment is taken via our secure checkout (Stripe and payment methods shown at checkout, such as card, Klarna, or PayPal where available). You must provide accurate payment and delivery details.
5. Delivery
We deliver to addresses within the UK unless stated otherwise. Delivery times and charges are set out on our Shipping & delivery page. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery to the address you provide.
6. Your cancellation rights
If you are a consumer in the UK, you generally have a 14-day right to cancel distance contracts under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
Made-to-order and personalised items: This right may not apply where goods are made to your specifications or clearly personalised. Many Just Hoodies products are made to order after you place your order. By ordering, you acknowledge that production may begin promptly and that your statutory cancellation right may be limited or unavailable for bespoke or made-to-order items as permitted by law. Contact us before ordering if you are unsure.
To cancel where the right applies, contact us within 14 days of receiving the goods. You must return items in accordance with our Returns process. Refunds will be processed to your original payment method unless agreed otherwise.
7. Returns & faulty goods
Our returns portal explains how to request a return or exchange. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be as described, of satisfactory quality, and fit for purpose. If there is a fault, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund depending on the circumstances and timing. Contact hello@justhoodies.co.uk with your order number and photos where helpful.
8. Promotional codes
Promo codes are subject to their stated terms, may be withdrawn at any time, and cannot usually be combined unless stated.
9. Limitation of liability
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be limited under UK law.
Subject to the above, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Our total liability for any order is limited to the price paid for that order, except where a higher limit is required by law.
10. Events outside our control
We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control (for example, carrier disruption, supplier delays, or severe weather).
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts in England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in Scotland or Northern Ireland give you rights to bring proceedings in your local courts.
