Shipping & delivery

1. UK delivery

We currently ship to addresses in the United Kingdom (England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland) unless stated otherwise at checkout.

2. Shipping costs

• Standard UK delivery: £3.99 on orders under £75.
• Free UK delivery: on orders of £75 and over (after discounts, before any optional express options if offered).

Rates shown at checkout are the prices that apply to your order.

3. Made-to-order production

Just Hoodies products are often made to order. After you place your order, your garment may be produced before dispatch. Please allow additional working days for production in addition to carrier transit time. Estimated timelines are shown at checkout and in your order confirmation email.

4. Dispatch & delivery times

Once dispatched, standard UK delivery typically takes 2–5 working days with our carrier, though this is not guaranteed. Peak periods, weather, or remote areas may take longer. You will receive tracking when available.

5. Delivery issues

If your parcel is delayed, damaged, or missing, contact support@justhoodies.co.uk with your order number. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
